Account Deletion

Users can request account deletion from the TutorBow app or by contacting support.

Some records may be retained for legal, payment, GST, dispute, fraud-prevention or audit requirements.

Deletion requests are reviewed to ensure there are no active bookings, payouts, refunds or unresolved support matters.

After completion, profile visibility and login access may be removed according to account deletion rules.
