TutorBow collects only the information needed to run tutor discovery, booking, payment, support, verification and safety features.
Student, parent and tutor data may include profile details, contact details, booking history, location details for home tuition, child profile snapshots and payment references.
Tutor verification documents are restricted to authorised admin/verifier access and are not shown publicly.
Payment processing is handled through payment partners; TutorBow does not store full card or banking credentials.
Users can request account deletion from the app or contact/support page.
